Payments must adhere to the mutually agreed milestone schedule; any delays in payment or feedback may result in project timeline adjustments. Only features explicitly included in the approved scope will be developed. Additional requirements or significant changes will be classified as new work and incur separate charges

Intazent implements a transparent and efficient project coordination process. Initially, we gather detailed client requirements, develop a comprehensive project plan, and assign a dedicated team based on project complexity. This team typically comprises a project coordinator, software engineers, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance specialists. Communication is facilitated via WhatsApp, email, and scheduled online meetings through Google Meet or Zoom. Clients receive frequent status updates and progress reports throughout the design, development, and testing phases. Clients review each project stage; revisions are processed based on the type of request. Upon successful testing and final client approval, we deliver and deploy the website or application. All project files and digital assets are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.

Intazent keeps all client data and project details confidential. We provide support after launch based on the maintenance plan you choose, which covers bug fixes and technical help. Any new features or modules after delivery will be separate paid work. If a project is cancelled during development, payments for completed work will not be refunded.
